Etymology: Latin, pulcher, "beautiful"; because of a beautiful state of preservation.

Horizon: Barun Goyot Formation, = Red Beds of Khermeen Tsav.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Middle Campanian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: A skull with a mandible.

Referred material:

ZPAL MgR-III/66: Skull lacking a premaxilla, a brain case, a right maxilla, a right jugal and both supratemporal arches.

ZPAL MgR-III/65: Damaged skull lacking skull roof and rostral part and maxillae.

ZPAL MgR-I/54: Anterior part of the frontals, the prefrontals, nasals, the left lachrymal and a fragment of the right one, a posterior part of left maxilla with 1 tooth and 2 tooth bases.
