village forms a part and of the regional volcanic peak, and seps (L), variably
used for lizard.

Etymology: Latin, imber, imberis, "shower"; in refernce to the shape of the dentary
which resembles that of an inverted shower-head.

Locality: Kaseki-Kabe, Shiramine, Kuwajima District, Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Honshu Island, Japan.
Horizon: Kuwajima Formation, Tetori Group.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Valangian or Hauerivian Stage, Neocomian Subepoch, Lower Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.
Material: An almost complete dentary.
