Etymology: In reference to the type locality at which the holotype was discovered, Kamitaki Egg Quarry, Hyogo Prevecture, Honshu Island, Japan.

Locality: Kamitaki Egg Quarry, southeastern Taba City, Hyogo Prefecture, Honshu Island, Japan.

Horizon: Ohyamashimo Formation, Sasayama Group.

Age: Lower Albian Stage, Late Middle Gallic Subepoch, Late Early Cretaceous Epoch, Middle Early Cretaceous.

Material: Nearly complete left dentary with 11 tooth positions, containing 2 complete teeth, 1 nearly complete, and 2 incomplete teeth.
