Locality: South Dragon, Manti National Forest, Emery County, Utah.

Horizon: North Horn Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Lancian age, upper Maastrichtian Stage, uppermost Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Left dentary with teeth.
