Species: marmorensis EVANS, 1998
Etymology: Latin, marmor, "marble:" n allusion to the Forest Marble Formation from which the material comee.

Holotype: BMNH R12650 (originally EF 76:13/14"14"6)

Locality: Kirlington Cement Quarry (Washford Quarry), Mammal bed, Kirtlington, Oxfordshire, England, Southern United Kingdom.

Horizon: Forest Marble Formation.

Biostratigraphy: Oppelia aspidoides zone.

Age: Upper Bathonian Stage, Middle Dogger Epoch, Middle Jurassic.

Material: A right denary, almost complte, bearing 7 teeth with positions for a further two.
