Etymology: Chinese, yechi, "leaf-toothed", reflecting the somewhat leaf-like shpae of the teeth and Latin, lacerta, "lizard".

Etymology: In reference to Yingliang Stone Natural History Museum, operated by the philanthropic programme fo its founder (Mr. Liang Liu).

Locality: Huadong Chen Construction,25.8123°N, 114.9709°E, Zhanggong District, Ganzhou City, Gansu Province, China.

Horizon: Hekou Formation, Guifeng Group..

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Middle –Late Campanian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Fragmentary skull and dentary.
