Locality: Talings heap at the Tank Five processing Dam, 29.406629°S, 147.779965°E, on the Coocoran Opal Fields west of Lightning Ridge Towhnship, New South Wales State, Australia.

Horizon: Finch Clay facies, Wallangulla Sandstoen Member, Griman Creek Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Cenomanian Stage, Late Gallic subepoch, Earliest Gulf Epoch, Middle Cretaceous.

Material: Partial left horizontal ramus with roots for m3, p1, p3, p4 and alveoli for m1-2 and p3.
