Etymology: Latin, quadri, “four”, + tuberculatus, -a, -um, Latin, “hockerig, weil sowohl M2, als auch m1 und m2 vierhockrig sind.

Locality: Porto Pinheiro near Lourinha, Estremadura Province, Central Portugal.
