Locality: OMNH locality V2, Garfield County, Utah.

Horizon: Middle Wahweap Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Aquilian in age, Lower Campanian Stage, Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Right upper molariform tooth, probably UM1.

OMNH 20928: RLM1.
