Holotype: V. J. 397-155

Locality: Guimarota lignite mine (Mina de Lignito Guimarota), 1.5 km SSE of Leiria, Leiria District, Portugal.

Age: Lustianien, Kimmeridgian Stage, Middle Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: Fragmentary left mandible with c and p1-5.

Referred material:

V. J. 398-155: Fragmentary right maxilla with C and P1-3.

V. J. 452.152: Broken right maxillary with P2-4 and alveoli of C-P1 and P5-M1.
Note: Described as ?Pseudobolodon new species, HAHN, 1985.

V. J. 460-155: Depressed skull, broken into tow pieces with I2 and P3-5 and part of the basicranium and ear region.
