Etymology: In honor of Bob H. Slaughter, vertebrate paleontologist and scholar of early mammals.

Etymology:

Holotype: SMP-SMU 61992

Locality: Butler Farm, 5km northwest of Decatur, 230 m northeast of U. S. Highway 81, on the property of Mr. Lee Butler, Wise County, North-Central Texas.

Horizon: About 30 m below the Antlers Formation, Trinity Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Cashenranchian age, Lower-Middle Albian Stage, middle Gallic subepoch, lower Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Mandibular fragment with 2 molars, and 2 premolars, the anterior premolar in process of eruption.

Locality: Tomato Hill (V706), Atoka County, southeastern Oklahoma.

Horizon: Middle Antlers Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Material:

OMNH 63721: A fragmentary right lower molar preserving only the talonid.

OMNH 63726: A right lower molar.
