Locality: "Golden Gate" south of Clarence, Free (Orange Free) State, South Africa.
Horizon: Upper Elliot Formation.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Hettangian-Lower Sinemurian Stage, Lower Lias Epoch, Early Jurassic.
Material: Skull missing the posterior portion.
