Etymology: In honor of Fidel Leal.

Locality: Los Jachaleros, La Rioja Province, Argentina.

Horizon: Los Colorados Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Norian Stage, Upper Late Triassic Epoch, Late Triassic.

Material: Skull, lower jaws, distal end of tibia, astragalus and calcanum, proximal end of metatarsals, and dorsal vertebrae.

Referred material:

PVL 3842: Coracoid and proximal end of a humerus.
