Etymology:

Holotype: QMF12277

Locality: Queenlsand Museum Field Locality L78, the Crater, approximately 72 km southwest of Rollestone, south Central Queensland State, Australia.

Horizon: Arcadian Formation, Rewan Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Induan stage, Scythian Epoch, Early Triassic.

Material: Fragmentary skull, mandible and fragmentary skeleton.
Note: Found with 10 smoothly polished pebbles, just prior to the skull, possibly gastroliths.
