Etymology:

Holotype: Museum of Caen [Destroyed during WWII]

Locality: Maladrerie, Calcaire de Caen at Caen, Calvados, Normandy, France.

Horizon: Vesulien.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Lower Bathonian Epoch, Middle Dogger Epoch, Middle Jurassic.

Material: 1 cervical, dorsals, 22 articulated caudal vertebrae, ribs, scapula, humerus, radius, ulna, part of manus, femur, tibia, fibula, astragalus, metatarsals, elements from manus and pes and all articulated gastralia.
Note: Possible gastroliths were found.
