Holotype: LPM 0200 and LPM 0201 (part and counterpart)

Locality: Shangheshou, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, China.

Horizon: Upper Jiufutang Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Early Cretaceous.

Material: A complete specimen with feather impressions with asymmetrical flight feathers on its wings.

Referred material:

LPM 0159: A single slab containing an incomplete skeleton lacking the skull, cervicals and caudals with feather impressions.
