study of the early evolution of birds, and Greek, ornis, “Bird”.

Etymology: In honor of the holotype's collector, Mr. Lizhuo Han.
Holotype: CNUVB-0903
Locality: Precise geograhic and stratigraphic location unclear, Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province, China.
Horizon: Jiufotang Formation.

Age: Early Creatceous.
Material: Skull and skeleton.
