Number: Not given: Skull and skeleton.
Note: A section of the neural spines on the tail looks like it was bitten off. A Lepisosteus gar was found in the body cavity.

= Brachylophosaurus cf. canadensis MURPHY, CARPENTER, & TREXLER, 2013, TANKE, & ROTHSCHILDS, 2014

Locality: Along the Little Cottonwood drainage, Phillps County, northeastern Montana.

Horizon: Lower Judith River Formation, about 138 feet above the marine Claggett Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Judithian age, Campanian Stage, Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material:

JRF-1002: Dorsals 15-18, sacrals, 1-9, and caudals 1-74, associatd with chevrons, ossified tendons, the ilia, proximal ends of the left and right pubes, iliac peduncle of the left adn right ischia, and proximal ends of the left and right femora.

Note: Has sacral neural spine 8 and 9 has broken and healed bulges, cadual 1 and 2 have some of the dorsal neural spines bitten off.
