Horizon: Foremost Formation, Lower Judith River Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Judithan age, Middle Campanian Stage, middle Senonian subepoch, upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material:

RTMP 97.99.3: Skull cap.
Note: Pathology, a small, cicular pathological defect of unknow etiology was observed depressed into the dorsal surface.
