Etymology:

Species: skrbinensis CALDWELL & PALCI, 2010
Etymology: In reference to the small village of Skrbina, north-northwest of Komen, Slovenia, where the fossil was found.

Holotype: SMNH 2158

Locality: Trieste-Comen Plateau, near Komen (Comeno), Slovenia.

Horizon: Komen Platey Limestone.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Upper Cenomanian, Upper Gallic subepoch, Lowest Gulf Epoch, Late Early to Early Middle Cretaceous.

Material: An articulated specimen with most of the skull, parts of the cervical and caudal skeleton, and parts of the bones belonging to the limbs and pelvic girdle, preserved as natural molds in the matrix.

Notes: Possible gastric contents?
