Horizon: Pine Shadow Member of the Wild Cow Formation, Madera Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Upper Virgilian, Gzelian Epoch, Late Pennsylvanian Subperiod, Late Late Carboniferous Period.

Material: Fragmentary specimen.
