= Haptodus macrourus (SCHROEDER, 1907) ROMER & PRICE, 1940

Holotype: MB.R. 10151-2

Locality: A quarry 1.5 km east of the town of Nowa Ruda, (this city was known as Neurode, when the region of Silesia was held by the German Empire until WWII), Lower Silesia Voivodship, Silesia Province, Poland.

Horizon: It corresponds to the Pennsylvanian Ludwikowice Formation (Niedzwiedzki & Bojanowski, 2012).

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Stephanian C, Gzelian Epoch, Late Pennsylvanian Subperiod, Late Carboniferous Period.

Material: Fragmentary skeleton of an immature specimen.
