Locality: Badger Creek locality, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, SW 1/4 sec. 22, T49N, R10E, Central Colorado.

Horizon: Sangre de Cristo Formation, probably Missourian.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Late Pennsylvanian.

Material: Single dorsal neural spine.
