gaucho jargon, in reference to the pronounced iliac blade and Greek, suchus,
"crocodile."

Locality: Schoenstatt outcrop, nar Santa Cruz do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil.
Horizon: Santa Maria Supersequence, Santacruzodon Assemblage Zone.

Age: Ladinian Stage, Late Mid Triassic Epoch, Late Middle Triassic-Carnian Stage, Lower Late Triassic Epoch, Lower Late Triassic.
