Etymology: In honor of Pat Jablonsky, discoverer of the type and only known specimen.

Locality: PFV 295, near Mountain Lion Mesa, Petrified Forest National Park, Apache County, Arizona.

Horizon: Basal Jim Camp Wash beds, Sonsela Member, Petrified Forest Formation, Chinle Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Latest Carnian-Earliest Norian Stage, Late Triassic Epoch, Late Triassic.

Material: Posterior skull roof and braincase missing the rostrum and palate.
