Etymology: In honor of Li Xiumei, who offers the specimen for scientific study.

Locality: Linglengta, Jianchang County, Liaoning Province, China.
Horizon: Tiaojishan Formation.

Age: Middle Jurassic.
Material: Partial skull and lower jaw and fragmentary skeleton.
