Locality: Jianchang, Jianchang County, western Liaoning Province, China.

Horizon: Jiufotang Formation.

Age: Aptian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Partial associated skull and mandible.
