Locality: Liuhonggou, south-west of Urumqi, Junggar Basin, Xinjiang Uygur Zizhiqu (Sinkang) Province, northwest China.

Locality: Lower part of the Lianmuxin Formation, Upper Tugulu Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: ?Aptian or Albian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Anterior part of a skull.
