Etymology: From 'Mythunga', referring to a star and a hunter of the skies
in an unspecified western Queensland aboriginal dialect (Duncan-Kemp, 1968).

Etymology: Greek,
kamara, "chamber"; referring to the hollow, boxlike structure
of the snout.

Locality: Dunluce Station, west of Hughenden, north-central Queensland State, Australia.
Horizon: Toolebuc Formation.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Albian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.
Material: An incomplete snout and adherent mandible.
