Locality: Luzhougou, Yaolugou Town, Jianchang County, Huludao City, Western Liaoning Province, China.

Horizon: Jiufotan Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Aptian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: An almost complete skull and skeleton.
