Locality: Astileu village, Padurea Craiului Mountain, at 492 m height, in bauxite lens, Bihor County, Cornet, Romania.

Locality: Bauxite mine, 4 km south of the mining buildings of the Cornet branch of the S.C. “Bauxita Min” S. A. Dobresti Company, Cornet (22°24’E, 46°57’N), lies in the Comuna Astileau, Located in the Padurea Craiului mountains in the eastern part of Judetul Province, 40 km ESE of Oradea, Bihor, Northwestern Romania.

Horizon: Bauxitic Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Berriasian Stage, Lower Neocomian Subepoch, Lower Early Cretaceous Epoch, earliest Cretaceous.

Material: Distal end of left femur.
