Etymology: In honor of Mr. Joseph Taylor, of West Cramlington, who found the three vertebrae.
Holotype:
Locality: High Main Seam at Newsham, Northumberland County, England, southern United Kingdom.
Horizon: Coal Measures.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Westphalian B, Middle Silesian series, Moscovian Epoch, Late Carboniferous (Late Pennsylvanian).
Material: 3 vertebrae.
Note: Also coprolitic matter.
