Locality: Deckers Creek, about 6 1/2 miles southeast of Morgantown, Greer, Mononglaia County, West Virginia.

Horizon: Bickett Shale of the Bluefield Formation, Mauch chunk Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Mississippian.

Material: Fragmentary skull and fragmentary skeleton.

Material: Incomplete right ramus of lower jaw, trunk neural arch with articulated pleurocentrum, and incomplete rib.
