Etymology:

Holotype: Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Paleontology Collections, HUJ-PAL 3659

Locality: Limestone quarries at Ein Jabrud, 20 km North of Jerusalem, on the El-Bira-Jericho Road, Israel.

Horizon: Bed-Meir Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Lowermost Cenomanian Stage, Upper Gallic subepoch, Lowest Gulf Epoch, Late Early to Early Middle Cretaceous.

Material: Skull and almost complete skeleton.
Note: Marine sediments, and a pycnodont tooth found in the stomach region.

Referred material:

Etymology:

Locality: Ein Jabrud, near Ramallah, north of Jerusalem, Israel.

Material: Fragmentary skull and an almost complete skeleton.
