Etymology: In honor of Prof. Dr. G. Hahn, for his contribution to the knowledge of Late Triassic Cynodonts and early mammals from Lorraine.

Species: obliqua GODEFROIT & BATTAIL, 1997
Etymology: Latin, obliquus, -a, -um, "oblique”: Refers to the vertical axis of the crown, inclined backwards.

Holotype: IRSNB R164

Locality: Quarry at Rosieres-=aux-Salines, region of Saint-Nicoals-de-Port, Meurthe-et-Moselle Department, France.

Horizon: “Rhaetian” Sandstone.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Rhaetian Stage, Uppermost Late Triassic Epoch, Uppermost Late Triassic.

Material: A left upper postcanine, with its root nearly completely preserved.

Paratypes:

MNHP SNP50DD: A complete lower right postcanine.

IRSNP 28114/102, MNHP SNP23, SNP57: Crowns without roots of upper postcanines.
