Locality: Farm Quaggas Fontein 250, on the plateau of the Nuweveld escarpemtn about 90 km north of Beaufort West, Victoria West District, North Cape West Provine, South Africa.
Horizon: Hoedemaker member, Middle Teekloof Formation.
Biostratigraphy: Tropidostoma zone.
Age: Tatarian Age, Lopingian Subepoch, Zechstein Epoch, Late Permian.
Material: Skull and lower jaws with parts of the first four cervical vertebrae
in articulaton.
