Etymology: In reference to Baharija, Egypt, where the specimen was found.

Holotype: NR 1912 VIII 93

Locality: Southwest of Cairo, Western Desert, ca 28°n, 29°E, Baharija, Egypt.

Age: Uppermost Albian-Lowermost Cenomanian Stage, Upper Gallic subepoch, Lowest Gulf Epoch, Late Early to Early Middle Cretaceous.

Material: Fragmentary skull.
