Locality: 35'45"35"'N, 111'04"51"'W, Gold Spring, Adeii Eechii Cliffs, Coconino County, Arizona.

Horizon: Kayenta Formation.

Age: Pliensbachian Stage, Middle-Upper Middle Lias Epoch, Early Jurassic.

Material: Fragmentary skull and fragmentary shell.
