Horizon: Upper part of the Shishugou Formation.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Oxfordian Stage, Lower Malm Epoch, Early Late Jurassic.
Material:
IVPP V18101 (field number WCW-04-57): Incomplete carapace missing portions of margins and with dorsal surface exposed.
IVPP V18102 (field number WCW-01-5): Carapce missing about the lateral half of its right side.
IVVP V18103 (field number WCW-03-33): Carapce missing much of its margins.

Locality: Dashanpu (Dashnapu Dinosaur Quarry), lat. 29°5’N, long. 104°50’E, situated 11 km east of Zigong City, 250 km south of Chengdu, Hechuan County, Sichuan Basin, Sichuan (Szechwan) Province, China.
Horizon: Xaishaximiao (Shaximiao) Formation.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Bathonian-Callovian Stage (DONG & TANG, 1984), Middle-Upper Dogger
Epoch, Middle Jurassic.
Note: Bajocian (CHEN et al. 1982), Lower Middle Dogger Epoch, Middle Jurassic.
Material:
IVPP 8805: Fragmentary carapace connected to a plastron.
= Genus sp indet. Chengyuchelyidae YE, 1994
ZDM 3002: Portion of middle and posterior carapace.
Note: Found near the sacrum of Omeisaurus tianfuensis.
